The Irish Fiddler
The Irish FiddlerAn Irish Pub is the home of the craic. It´s where friends meet to relax, have a laugh and enjoy the good things in life: Irish hospitality, Irish food and Irish music. Creating a successful Irish Pub is a question of getting the balance exactly right. Its this balance that's made the Irish Fiddler so successful.

The Irish Fiddler is owned Gerard and Noeline Murphy from Kilkenny they have been established on the island of Tenerife since 1984 when they emigrated with three small children to the island which was beginning to be developed. This was no mean feat as there were few roads or hotels in the south and virtually nobody spoke English.

In this family run bar you can be sure of a warm welcome and genuine Irish hospitality the moment you walk in the door . Open daily at 11am serving all major brands and the very best pub grub including an all day breakfast. You can chose to sit in the air-conditioned bar or relax on the large open air terrace and watch the world go by. Try a drop of the Porter black, Irish Coffee or whatever else may take your fancy- sure we even have good old Tayto and some Poteen on the top shelf!

Resident musicians the Plastic Paddys will keep you entertained nightly with a selection of Irish favourites. Due to the fact that the many sing-a-longs and Irish jigs were shaking the building, the bar was completely soundproofed two years ago followed by a complete refurbishment using first class materials imported from Ireland. The result is a fabulous authentic Irish Pub complete with genuine artifacts and bric-a-brac with an unbeatable atmosphere of live traditional Irish music and plenty of craic!

People, good times, chat, laugh, dancing, music, food and drink. Put together with the right amount of each and you will have some idea of what the craic is and why we have customers coming back time and time again.

The Irish Fiddler is also a renowned sports bar and using the very latest technology various televised matches, GAA and other sporting events are available simultaneously on eleven screens including a large projection screen and a plasma screen so you can be guaranteed the best image around with an atmosphere to rival attending any match. The Irish Fiddler is also a popular Celtic Pub so fans are very welcome to join us on match days.
